Step 2: Install and Open the App
Step 3: Select OPEN AN ACCOUNT
Step 4: Select SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH DEBIT CARD
Step 5: Select PERSONAL SAVINGS ACCOUNT.
After filling your intial informations an ONE-TIME-PASSWORD or OTP will be sent on registered mobile number, an example below. Note that the OTP is a random number provided by UnionBank System. Enter the OTP to proceed.
Step 6: INPUT YOUR DETAILS
Make sure that the details are provided correctly. Always check spellings to avoid problems in the future.
Step 7: Verification VALID ID'S.
List of Valid ID's are:
- SSS,
- GSIS,
- DRIVER LICENSE,
- PASSPORT,
- POSTAL ID
Step 8: SCAN DOCUMENT ID and SELFIE.
Make sure that the image are scanned clearly, selfie shot in a well lighted room or daylight is an advantage.
Step 9: DIGITAL SIGNATURES
In this step, a three (3) digital signature specimen must be done using Smartphone. Make sure that the signature will replicate the same with ID signatures. Practice signing digitally
IMPORTANT: Wait for E-MAIL verification and approval, it takes usually 1 week to be approved depending on the scanned documents and photo selfie, so check it regularly.
